By purchasing a ticket for JuiceCon (the “Event”), you are entering into a contract with Goodnature Products, Inc. (“Goodnature”) on the following terms and conditions.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets are only valid for the original ticket holder.

Goodnature will use commercially reasonable efforts to present the Event as advertised, but Goodnature has the right to alter or vary the program for the Event, including details such as speakers, food options, and venue.

In the event of any cancellation of the Event, you will receive a return of the ticket price. Goodnature will not be liable for any other costs, losses, or expenditures because of the cancellation or rescheduling, including, but not limited to, accommodation costs or travel expenses. Personal arrangements, including travel, accommodations or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.

The Events at JuiceCon may be filmed, photographed, or recorded. By purchasing a ticket, you are giving your express consent to the Company and its affiliates to use your voice and/or likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any photography, film, video and or audio recording of the Event, and/or any element thereof, for any purpose in any and all media throughout the world.

Goodnature is not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind suffered at or in connection with the Event (including any loss, damage or theft to personal property) except for any loss directly caused by the negligence of Goodnature. Goodnature shall not be liable in any way for the acts or omissions of others. Nothing herein shall limit any liability that cannot by law be limited or excluded.

You will comply with all reasonable safety and other announcements and/ or directions while attending the event.

Goodnature does not warrant or guarantee that you will realize any results by virtue of attendance at the Event. Although Goodnature may provide information or resources related to food safety or shelf life, it is your responsibility to ensure the food safety and comply with all applicable laws related to your products. Goodnature is not responsible for and shall have no liability for any damage or loss, resulting from your products using any information obtained at the Event (including, without limitation, recipes or guidelines).

These terms and conditions are governed by NY Law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Erie County, NY.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in a manner as to render the rest of the provisions and the remainder of this Agreement.
